iBuildWebs provides website design direction and project guidance. Builds, launches, and ownership transfers are delivered through our strategic alliance partner, Mantica Digital (manticadigital.ai). Timelines, deliverables, and fees for any project are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Consent. By checking the text-message consent box on our contact form and providing your mobile number, you give express written consent to receive SMS text messages from iBuildWebs.com LLC about your inquiry and project. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and you can request our services by phone or email instead.

Message types and frequency. Messages are conversational and project related — replies to your inquiry, scheduling, and project updates. Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message sent and received. iBuildWebs does not charge for text messages.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in by replying START or submitting a new consent.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.

Information you submit through our contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry and deliver services you request. Do not submit confidential, financial, or sensitive personal information through the form.

Site content, layouts, and designs on ibuildwebs.com are owned by iBuildWebs.com LLC. Work product created for a client transfers to that client on final payment, as described in the project agreement.
